多くの組織で、ビジネスプロセスを最適化し実行するのに必要なスキルが欠けていると指摘している。アクセス解析でも完全に同じではないが、似ている部分があるかと。各所で、external service providers (ESPs)つまり外部をうまく使えと言っているようだ。ITスキルもビジネススキルも必要といっているあたりもウェブ解析に通じる。
